Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can, but once an order is shipped we cannot stop it. We advise you to refuse delivery and apologise for any inconvenience.
And if you accept it then you will have to return it, or feel free to email us and we can arrange the return (charges may apply).

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Please go to the product page and add your email on the restock notification

 

Where can I track my order?

You can track your online order using 'My Account'.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, however due to manual/handmade work, camera settings and other factors, the colour of the product in the photo may vary from its actual colour.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive your sales receipt once we complete processing your order and ship the product/s.

How can I return an item?

We hope you're happy with your item(s), however if you do need to return an item, please reply to the order email confirmation with the reason for the return and we will get back to you within a 3 working days
